22.01.2022 Quick stop at Austral Meat today, spotted some beautiful looking rump steak medallions. Basic meat and 3 veg!!! Also a pack of 10 scotch fillet steaks I couldnt walk past. 16.01.2022 Daughters birthday today and she wanted burgers for dinner. Only problem is we are staying at a cabin park. Shot out to 3 Little Pigs Gourmet Meat Store and was so happy with the service, love a real butcher shop. Fresh coarse ground 50/50 brisket/chuck while I waited. I will definitely return when in the area. So into the little cabin kitchen to whip up 6 of these beauties. Beau BIQ
