25.01.2022 Today our brewery will be filled with 10 passionate women who will be involved in our International Women's Brew Day. Co-hosted by Becks and Matt, these women will learn the ins and outs of brewing on a commercial brew kit. Keep an eye out for a limited release Strawbarb Sour can in the coming months to celebrate this brew day.

This rich house-made brownie is sitting on a mouthwatering peanut butter sauce and covered in salted popcorn and Maleny Food Co Vanilla Gelato. We STRONGLY suggest pairing this one with our Strawbarb Sour! The contrast is rich and dry, sweet and tart just perfect!!

20.01.2022 HAPPY LAGER DAY!! Because every beer deserves its own day! And we need another excuse to go out enjoy a cold one... Our Maleny Lager is a full-bodied, full flavour Bohemian Lager brewed to German tradition using noble Saaz hops and German Lager yeast. We cold-store our lager for 2 months at 0-2 degrees to ensure clarity and a well-balanced flavour.... This is a great approachable lager that is not too hoppy not too dry. Just a clean, crisp and sessionable.

Hosted over video conference, it aims to build a long-lasting future for our industry by ensuring quality, locally owned products are in the marketplace. 14.01.2022 . More Belvedere Pork is on the way! Not long now until we receive our next batch of pork from the wonderful guys at @belvederecedarton. Nick and Brydie hold strong beliefs in working with their environment to create amazing ethically pasture-raised pork. Making sure the animals are in the right place at the right time means they can forego conventional, chemical-heavy agricultural practices. ... And the proof is in the pudding. Or the pork! Watching these guys clear out dense land and implementing their agroecology practices to create useable, environmentally friendly farming land is a thing of beauty. We strongly recommend heading to their account to see how they work their magic!

14.01.2022 Cooking with beer is always a great idea! Our Chef love cooking with beer and utilising our fresh brews in as menu items as possible. This weekend we will have a @belvederecedarton Pork Chop as our Cut of the Day. Saison's bright apple and pear flavours work hand in hand with the flavours of @belvederecedarton heritage breed pork.

08.01.2022 Cut of the Day This weekends Cut of the Day is a Pork Chop from our mates at @belvederecedarton Nick and Brydie lovingly raise heritage breed pork on their farm 25 minutes south of our Maleny brewery. They use agroecology, a method that mimics ecosystem processes.
