18.01.2022 Well, it's a start. Here's the recipe for those who are keen: OG: 1.033 FG: 1.007 IBU:35 Oak Smoked Wheat 70% Pale Ale Malt 24% Carapils 2%... Carahell 2% Caramunich I 2% 3.4g Calcium Chloride in filtered water. 7 g Ella Hops @ first wort to 15IBU 30g Lublin @ 60m to 10IBU 30g Lublin @ 30m to 8IBU 30g Lublin @ 2m to 2IBU Wyeast German Ale 1007, 2 litre starter. Ferment at 16C until at around 1.012 then diacetyl rest at 19C for 2 days, before cold crashing to lager temp. Lager for at least one week. See more
