19.01.2022 For Brown & Hurley, our business started out as agriculture & machinery dealers in the 1940's. Brown & Hurley's first sale was a HG 42 Oliver Cletrac sold in 19...47, & then we began to sell David Brown farm tractors from 1954 to 1968, before moving into the truck market. Since mid-2019, we have continued to grow the Agricultural side of our business by investing in Roma, Emerald & Rockhampton, purchasing existing businesses & establishing new dealerships to show our commitment & support to the agricultural industry & local industries. Brown & Hurley has re-established our connection with the agricultral machinery & farming sector. 18.01.2022 Along with the 10,800 sq metre Bayswater plant expansion due for completion in 2021, PACCAR Australia are also conducting a range of plant improvements. One imp...rovement is the replacement of the supporting structure that holds up the main crane in Final Test, and the installation of two 30 metre crane beams. Transported by the highly experienced team in heavy-haulage, Membrey's Transport and Crane Hire, the oversize beams were delivered to site in the early hours of the morning on the back of a Kenworth K200 prime mover. Kenworth celebrate 50 years of manufacturing in Australia in 2021, and the ongoing improvements at PACCAR Australia will not only increase efficiency, quality and safety, they will provide a solid structure for future growth in producing Kenworth and DAF trucks in Australia. #KenworthTrucksAustralia, #AustralianMade, #DAFTrucksAustralia, #PACCARAustralia, #KenworthK200
