24.01.2022 Relocated this common tree snake from a home in Regents Park this afternoon. Can’t quite remember what time it was as I’ve been so busy . The funny part was that I walked in to the room and searched everywhere else before looking at the clock which was just next to the door. It’s always the way though. Lol Hope you all have an awesome weekend. - Grant 0401 365 396

23.01.2022 Anyone want to have a go at identifying this reptile at Shailer Park?

19.01.2022 Pretty python relocated from a home at Boronia Heights. This one had consumed a decent size meal and wasn’t in the mood for moving on by itself. Check out the size of its head compared to the size of the meal in its belly. Just shows how far they can stretch their jaws to swallow a feed. -Grant 0401 365 396

16.01.2022 Eastern Brown relocated from Greenbank. It had been hanging around in a rock retaining wall. I was concerned I’d be on a mission to try and locate it but on arrival, it was just hanging around on the top. It didn’t even bolt when it saw me coming. Just started to move back in to the garden which made this capture quick and easy. As you can see, it has some black spots on the back of its neck which is fairly common in south east Queensland eastern browns. Also, the standard... defensive display. I’d only just released the snake and it just wanted to get in to the bushland behind me. As soon as I backed away, it just dropped back down and went straight in to the Bush. - Grant 0401 365 396

05.01.2022 Here’s a video of an Eastern Brown Snake I relocate from Buccan today. The residents did an awesome job of keeping an eye on where the snake went then having two people watching the entire area around the tarp which made the job quick and easy to locate and capture the snake. Hopefully everyone is having a great weekend. I expect some more snakes to relocate prior to the forecast rain tomorrow. If you see a snake, give me a call on 0401365396. - Grant.

01.01.2022 Keelback Snake relocated from Park Ridge today. These guys are fairly common around dams, creeks, swamps etc and are also known as Freshwater Snakes. They’re completely harmless (except for the putrid musk they release from their bum as a defence when captured) and are one of the only animals in aus that can eat a cane toad with little ill effect. Because they are brown, they are often assumed to be eastern brown snakes and suffer at the end of a shovel because of it. By ...not killing them, you’re helping to reduce cane toad numbers, in turn helping many of our native wildlife. - Grant 0401 365 396 See more
