23.01.2022 It's #RUOKDay, a reminder that every day is a day to start a conversation that could change a life. This year has been especially difficult for many in our industry. There are some fantastic resources over at R U OK Day, Support Act and Arts Centre Melbourne 's Arts Wellbeing Collective. Ask, listen, encourage action, check in.
23.01.2022 RED ALERT Today we light #brownsmart red to join the global action by the Live Event Supply Industry, highlighting the dire state the industry is in due to COVID-19. The Live Event Supply Industry is a cohort of supply chain businesses that support primary event delivery businesses like arts organisations, music promoters, sports organisations, business events, and live television production. They are the workers, the makers, and the owners of the equipment.... Without help this industry will die and the tens of thousands of live events Australians attend every day will be put into doubt. Follow We Make Events Australia and get behind the call to action.
