20.01.2022 Test press of Her Dust Will Envelop You Too on its way to me for vero. Can’t wait to hear how it sounds on wax. With thanks #smallrunvinyl. Hopefully the audio translates well. This is a private press run and therefore is not going to be for general release. I’ve been advised I may be able to add a copy or two to the run if anyone needs one. Price is around the same as the previous post I wrote regarding this private press run.

In all seriousness, those few of you out there that have broken the seal and had a listen - thank you so much. Thank you for spending your precious time trying something new out. I hope that you may have found something not utterly horrible for your aural senses.

02.01.2022 2 DAYS TO GO... Thinking of putting together a very small run of a double vinyl version of Her Dust Will Envelop You Too. It would come with a Japanese-style obi strip, pressed on black 140g vinyl slabs. It’ll be a custom press job too, rather than a normal vinyl run. It will feature 2 bonus tracks - ‘The Cleaner’ originally found on the Lizzie cassingle and ‘Two Trees’ that was originally set aside for a lathe 7 that never materialised. It’s purely a self-indulgent ego-tri...p tbh . I like playing records and maybe, a few of youse might like playing them too. And, a few of you might like to play THIS too. A few, being 8. I need another 8 copies to be allocated for, in order for this little project to go ahead. Now, because it’s such a short run, it is correspondingly more expensive per copy. No intention to cause heart palpitations, but it’ll be $115 per copy. This excludes postage, which will be worked out for each of you at the end. The cost of production is wholesale cost, there isn’t a dollar profit being made by BSKD. To secure a copy, you can PayPal $115 to [email protected]. Once the full cost for the 9 copies has been received, I will order the test press. The test press takes about a month and then once the sound is OKd, production will start. As this is a lot of money, I will set the completion date for 30th September, 2020. If we don’t get the full cost up-front by then, you will be refunded your payment. If by chance there is a glut of interest and payments, the per-copy rate might become cheaper. If so, you will be notified and refunded any over-pay. As long as we get (at least) 8 people into it, the project WILL go ahead. I will keep things updated at brownsnakekillsdog.wordpess.com too.
