22.01.2022 This is Ben! Ben is a Senior Solicitor who has joined BR Solicitors on a part time basis bringing with him nearly 13 years of experience. He has specialised in Civil, Commercial and Taxation Litigation, and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Matters. He has appeared in multiple Court Jurisdictions and has been admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia. Ben has recently branched out into other areas including Conveyancing, Succession and Employment Law.... He takes a forensic approach to his matters, has an eye for detail and can find that needle in a haystack when required. He is an effective advocate and is passionate about the law. Ben is a devoted father of three children and aims for the perfect work life balance so he can be effective in both roles. If ever you are at Kawana or Maroochydore, you may see him in the water of a morning carving up waves!

She holds a Bachelor in Business with a double major in Management and Human Resources. An avid learner with a passion for variety, Ashleigh was a clear fit for BR Solicitors. As the Practice Manager Ashleigh is the wearer of multiple hats. She effortlessly oversees the day to day operations of the busine...ss and has all the key skills required to fulfil the role. Ashleigh is enthusiastic with a diligent work ethic. She has a very professional manner with a strong attention detail.
