25.01.2022 The BRT Federal cup and 500m Fly shoot National championships. Canberra in March. Sponsored by MARCH SCOPES AUSTRALIA @ Majura, Australian Capital Territory, Australia

24.01.2022 Yes, we are still trading! Stuart and Annie have shifted to work at home, Alya is working remotely from her home, and Danielle is hard at work packing all your parcels at the shed. We have always only been a 100% online business anyway. Currently Australia Post are still picking up our parcels daily, we expect there might be some delays in getting them to you due to a ramp up in online deliveries in general. ... Thanks for your patience!

23.01.2022 We will be going Live in 15 mins (3pm/4pm) with an introduction on reloading dies and how to choose them!

23.01.2022 Were going to be doing a Facebook Live thing here tomorrow afternoon. At 3pm (QLD time, 4pm daylight saving time) Never done this before Our daughter Jane is facilitating it so we dont have to worry about the technical complications. So I have two possible topics. 1) how to choose which reloading dies to suit your situation. Or;... 2) how to work out and decide the correct scope ring height. Let us know in the comments which topic you would prefer, and Ill attempt to answer your questions! Stuart

22.01.2022 So heres a little video which is a good example of an Australian owned business started from scratch. Bit like us actually. This is shared from a FB group promoting exactly that! Bill Simmons and wife Yvette are good friend of ours. Bill is from a family of 8 brought up in country NSW in Binnaway. Happy family, struggled a bit, nothing inherited or entitled there. But learned to get out, stand up and have a go! Bill started from scratch. Hard work. Bought a truck. Then anoth...er. Then another. Now employs a lot of other Australians. Who are probably starting their own dreams along the way. We all need to get back to this. The lucky country is not a given. Got to appreciate and take the opportunity we are all lucky to have and make things happen! Now is a good time to start See more

18.01.2022 ----Shooting 3km(1.86mile) with March Genesis 4-40x52mm Scope in the outback of Australia---- Stuart Elliott (March Scopes Australia) and Phil Jones (March Scop...es’ dealer: Redback Precision Gunsmithing) together shot at 3km with March 4-40x52mm Genesis Scope in the outback of Australia. 4-40x52mmFFP Genesis has 86MIL elevation travel amount without utilizing any external accessories. This is the sister model of 6-6056mm Genesis with elevation travel amount of 114MIL, 400MOA. The unique design of Genesis scopes (the scope itself inclines) allow the shooter to always see through the central part of the lens producing clarity, definition, and minimal chromatic aberration when extreme elevation is used even on 400 moa. Both scopes can be used from 20 meters up to 3 miles (4827m). Stuart and Phil are on a project together to use Benchrest reloading techniques and to use the two Genesis models to their capability. For ELR normally shooters use Tactical types of rifles so this would be an interesting project to see the outcome. First they shot at 100 yards then they moved on to 3km. Attached are pictures looking through the lenses but these are as good as you get with a phone camera. You can see better through your eyes. Look how small the target is at 3km! -Bartlein barrel -375caliber 379gr Berger (They will try 407gr Berger next time.) -165gr of AR2218. (50BMG powder) .This was a low load. -Based on a shortened 50 BMG case It’s called a ‘Wildcat’ cartridge their own design. A shortened up version of the 50 BMG case. Shortened and blown out like a grown up 300 WSM. Great job, Stuart and Phil ! Looking forward to hearing more on your ongoing project;)

18.01.2022 We can tell life appears to be a bit tough for the BRT Security captain today. Wish we could train Oscar to handle some phone calls since he seems to have time

14.01.2022 Hello from BRT and Intro to reloading dies

14.01.2022 Protektor Model

14.01.2022 Here is a small window into the design and assembly of hand built MARCH scopes

13.01.2022 Our website is down. Apologies for the problem. It's not our fault, but the hosting company in Melbourne has had a major critical failure in their data centre and one of the worst hit areas happens to include were our website is stored. They are restoring backups and hope we can be back online later today.

13.01.2022 Thank you to those who came to March Scopes booth at the Shot Show in January. We were delighted to see many visitors from all over the world. At the Shot Show... 2020, we announced 5 new models. Please check our Global website as well to see pictures and leaflets for each scope. https://marchscopes.com/news/4000/ 1. March 5-4256 High Master Wide Angle FFP Scope (Production Model) This amazing and my personal favorite scope has 40MIL (140MOA) with 26 degree wide angle. Among all our traditional style scopes (except for Genesis series), this has the most elevation travel ! No need for canted rail anymore to shoot 1000 yard+. 26 degree wide angle eyepiece is the widest among all March scopes as well. Think of as if you were watching a movie at an IMAX theatre. We call this scope as an IMAX Scope Many customers visiting our booth loved the feel of our simple lockable turrets as well ! These turrets are designed by our CEO Shimizu-san who has patents for many scopes and have won awards. He has also developed numerous worlds first scopes such as 10-fold ratio scope etc. Elevation / Windage turret : Flip to the red and it will lock, flip to the blue and it will unlock. Side Focus : Push in and it will lock, pull out and it will unlock. There is an illumination switch on the edge of the side focus. Press the grey button and you can switch on / off. By rotating the switch you can select your desired brightness. 2. March 4x-4052 Genesis High Master Wide Angle FFP Scope (Production Model) This 4-4052 Genesis scope has 86 MIL (300 MOA) elevation travel. It is a sister model of 6-6056 Genesis (400 MOA) which proved its capability at King of 2 Miles in France. 4-4052 Genesis was developed in order to make a smaller and lighter version of the 6-6056 Genesis. As the optical axes is always in the center with no impact on image quality and parallax setting, 4-4052 Genesis is capable of engaging target from 22yard (20m) up to 3miles (4.8km) without any external accessories. 3. March 4.5-2852 High Master Wide Angle FFP Scope (Concept Model) This scope was developed with practical precision shooting competitors in mind, but ease of use and moderate weight make it equally at home on nearly any shooting platform. At the Shot Show, this attracted many attention by serious PRS shooters. 4.March 1.5-1542 SFP Scope (Concept Model) 42mm objective lens produces excellent low light performance in a compact form factor. Light weight and compact 1.5-1542 riescope is equally ideal for hunting and for precision semi-auto platforms. It is a perfect choice for NRAs new Mid-Range Tactical Rie competitions as well. 5. March 1-1024 FFP Scope (Concept Model) The March-F 1x-10x24mm Shorty is the worlds lightest and shortest scope with 10 magnication ratio was developed in association with Gary Costello (March Scopes Distributor / F class champion). The length is only 213mm(8.4 inch) and the weight is only 487g(17.2oz). March Scopes Europe will be exhibiting at IWA from March 6th-9th 2020 in Nuremberg, Germany. Those who are visiting, check us out at Hall 3A 501. March Scopes Canada will be exhibiting at AACCA Calgary Gun Show from April 10th-11th. These upcoming events would be a great opportunity to actually take March Scopes in your hand. I (Mari) will be at March Scopes booth in IWA flying from Japan. See you soon !!

09.01.2022 There is just nothing else on earth like a great day in the Australian Outback. It’s like a world away but still in our same State of Queensland. Took a small 4... hour drive around part of this farm today. Then after lunch reloaded some cartridges for our long range project gun. Fire formed some cases. Shot down the road at 3 km. Next time might be 5km. Why? Because we can! Everyone had fun See more
