22.01.2022 Smoked cherry wood This grain adds a smokey aroma and flavour to your beer. It features in our Smokey Porter, but can be used in any brew to give it a smokey character. We recommend as a winter beer, to help warm your spirits!

21.01.2022 Bad news and Good news brewers, The window for xmas new brews is gone, although a few syndicate brews may save some of you. Summer has been and gone.... The start of 2020 will see a slight price increase. Apologies but we can't keep absorbing cost increases. Check website for new listing. Research has shown that in a year the average Australian beer lover walks 2400 km and drinks 290 litres of beer, which means they get 8.3 km/L. If you are not reaching this economy try walking more.
