25.01.2022 Sorry about my lack of Facebook activity. Jen Lloyd and Bruce attended a weekend course entitled "Demystifying the Pelvis and SIJ", so rest assured you are in good hands if you have pain around the sacral area or front of the pelvis. We have the skills to diagnose the source and appropriate treatment for this and any other issues related to the spine. This course was on the back of another entitled "Rescuing the older knee" by Jenny McConnell world renowned knee specialist. So before you go running off to the orthopaedic surgeon with your osteoarthritic knee come and see Bruce or Jen to work on a subtle knee realignment through muscle retraining. Any concerns about your knees, with winter fast approaching, now is the time to come and have it checked.

20.01.2022 Thanks to those that have been checking in. Unfortunately the expected settlement on the Berridale shop has been delayed (was set for 7/4/17) however the vendors bank is not organised to receive settlement. Hopefully it will happen this week and I will be able to begin the set up. I am estimating opening in the week after Easter so hears hoping for a speedy settlement.

17.01.2022 Don't miss tonight's Catalyst episode (ABC 8pm) showing growing medical evidence of the link between healthy gut bacteria and health. With our highly processed diets we can lack the important bacteria. Increasing fiber in the diet can restore our micro flora and lower risk of a raft of disorders including diabetes, arthritis, and depression. In other breaking news our dairy farmers can hold their heads a little higher. Recently published ( August 6) in Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology are findings that saturated fats from dairy products such as cheese and yogurt lower the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

15.01.2022 Hello all. Settlement occurred last Thursday. Quite an education attending it yourself but a great day in Sydney followed by a cracking Easter in the Snowies. So this week it's negotiating the telco's ( I have reluctantly decided to go with Telstra. Lets see if they can get it right this time???? Organizing the rooms is proving more involved than I thought however it is likely to be up and running next week with incomplete refurbishments. I am waiting on a phone number and may not have HICAPS until the following week. The good news is I have a provider number for the new location so health fund claims can be made. It is a beautiful little shop with plenty of sunlight and a lovely courtyard. I am feeling blessed and trusting this center will be a blessing to many.

15.01.2022 To all our loyal customers, Farewell from The Wilsons! Today is the last day of business for Jindabyne Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Centre for a while. Bruce, Gill and family are about leave on a 10 month trip to the UK. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our wonderful staff over the years, especially Heather and Jeannie for their faithful service. 10.01.2022 Wow. Day two in the new venue at Rydges Horizons. A mammoth effort by Peter Holfter (builder), Anthony Green and team (painters) and Rod Moroney (Kosciusko Electrical). Thank you Thank you Thankyou for giving up your long weekend. Thanks also to Ray, Ken M, Ben, Ken H, Neil for moving all the heavy stuff on Friday. It was a midnight finish to be operational for Tuesday and well worth the effort. There is still another coat of paint to go on and finishing touches but we are up and running in our new bigger and better venue. I'm glad we didn't try squeezing into the superclinc which would have required a downgrade of our services. Thanks to Mel at Rydges horizons for taking us in and to Marietta and John for finding the new location for us.

05.01.2022 Hi to all of you patiently waiting news on reopening. Apologies to those ringing the Jindy Physio number and reaching Sapphire coast. Who would expect their business number to be hijacked within a month of disconnection? On a more positive note we are in the process of buying a shop in Berridale for the purpose of a Physio practice. Any ideas on a new name? Settlement date is 7/4/17 but will need a little time for Set up after this. I will keep you posted.
