23.01.2022 The client on this project requested to have some form of protection over the solar and electrical boards. The existing box over the solar inverter was rusted and filling with water which in turn was leaking into the electrical board below thus costing them due to damaged fusses. We decided rather than an ugly looking box built over the entire area, which is very visible from the front of the street to construct a lightweight awning to provide shade and rain protection, this... also looks aesthetically pleasing. 22.01.2022 Bruce Maclean Builder can help you even with the smaller jobs. This small project was replacing an existing timber gate off the verandah leading to the pool area. The existing gate was non compliant. The client wanted the gate to match the existing balustrade. The new gate is an identical style to the surrounding handrails and balustrade, soft closing hinges and compliant pool lock fitted. 11.01.2022 This client had a house on the beachfront which has not been maintained for quite some time. It was in desperate need of some replacement of dry rot in the cladding, rust removal by grinding back and treating. A full repaint on the outside, and a new roof was also required due to the degradation and rust that was starting to appear. Thanks to Signature Roofing and Guttering another happy client!

09.01.2022 This renovation on the Sunshine Coast, transformed a large space that was disconnected from the main house. Creating, two new separate children's bedrooms, television room, hallway now connecting the main house to the extension, with a stylish barn sliding door. Bruce even found room to fit a custom built storage cupboard in the hallway.

09.01.2022 A new contemporary horizontal battened fence and gate have been installed replacing the old paling fence. This property is beach front, all jobs carried out in close proximity to the beach, we only use stainless steel aluminum and hot dipped gal products where possible.
