12.01.2022 Congratulations to Ryan Bostock for achieving his goal of building strength, mass and arm size. Ryan was a plasterer by trade and also a drummer in a rock-band that toured Australia. He came to me concerned with his skinny appearance on stage and wanted to develop muscular arms. He lived the live-music lifestyle and all that come along with it such as alcohol, late nights and hangovers. In combination with that he had a small appetite.... He did his best and never missed a session, he ate what was recommended and trained through the pain. After 12-weeks of training, including some hanged over Monday's I might add :P He became quite strong, the muscle piled on and his social drinking came down to an acceptable level. He explained to me how great it felt when girls would complement him on his muscular arms after he came off stage. His new found strength and physique gave him an increase in confidence and more appeal for the ladies as well!



08.01.2022 Dylan had been trying to become a strong, athletic and proficient fighter. He trained in the traditional Muay Thai martial art in Thailand. He had already developed a foundation of strength when he came to me. However he was still seeking to increase hard muscle mass and size for his body. Dylan initially started training with me for 2 days a week and then gradually tapered off to 1 session a week as his knowledge and technique for the major lifts; Deadlift, Barbell squats and Barbell bench press had come to a good enough level that he could train them without a guardian angel over his shoulder. In a few months, Dylan achieved a 120KG Deadlift. 100kg Barbell back squat and 100KG Bench press. As well as building up muscle mass in his physique dropping body fat and looking much more like the right choice for the ladies.

07.01.2022 Totally agree. (And even if you roll your eyes...) Please remember that 99% of carbohydrates are just made up of links of glucose/fructose.... So carbohydrates are just sugar too? Yep. It’s an inconvenient truth (but a truth nonetheless). If you haven’t quit carbohydrates, you haven’t quit sugar.
