20.01.2022 It's butchering time! Now's your chance to stock your freezer with delicious, grass-fed, chemical-free beef. We are offering half and quarter shares of the meat from an animal - great for big families or for a few friends to purchase together and share. Cost is $11/kg dressed weight for a half or $12/kg dressed weight for a quarter. Dressed weight is the weight of the hanging carcass so we won't know the exact figures until the carcass reaches the butchers but expect to p...ay between $1500-$1700 for a half or $800-$950 for a quarter. The photo below shows how much meat you get in a quarter share, double that for a half. We easily fit a half into our 295L chest freezer with a little bit of room to spare. 02.01.2022 And here they are... the grass-fed, chemical-free beef packs you've been waiting so patiently for. We have a limited number of the packs available so it's first in best dressed (but, if you miss out this time round, we can pop you on our mailing list to be first in the know as soon as we're butchering again.) Photos in the comments give you a rough idea of what each pack contains. (Please ignore the T-bone label on the porterhouse steaks - I think the butcher ran out of the... correct labels last time! ) Mince and sausages can be ordered separately or in addition to the packs. Order now for delivery in the last week of October. Delivery is free to the Leongatha, Morwell, and Traralgon areas.
