13.01.2022 BEST PRACTICE GUIDE FOR MANAGING COVID-19 @ PANINO RESTAURANT 16 March 2020 As you would be aware, identified cases of Covid-19 are growing exponentially in Australia and as a result we need to take more serious measures to do our best to stop the spread among our customers and staff whilst ensuring our doors remain open and we can continue to trade.... 1. Customers are still welcome @ Panino and our doors remain open. Taking these steps is about ensuring the safety of our patrons and minimizing any risks. 2. We are doing routine wipe down of surfaces every 2-3 hours with food grade sanitiser. 3. We Refuse to accept keep-cups, BYO alcohol bottles or containers must be remove by Customers. 4. Guests requiring water should be served by staff. 5. Make sure you space tables at a reasonable distance we recommend 60cm as a minimum between tables. 6. We discourage handshaking, kissing, hugging or other contact between patrons and especially between staff and patrons. 7. We have hand sanitiser is freely available for customers to use. 9. We Encourage frequent and through handwashing from all our staff during shifts, especially after coming into contact with soiled surfaces (e.g after wiping down tables). 10.
