20.01.2022 Bruns crew in action. Kay in 14th but being a great team member being the bunny leading Dave to a WORLD medal in 3rd. Oscar 4th, Grant 5th and Igor 9th. Sprints and flags to come in extreme conditions while Phil is warning himself at the fire, boo.

20.01.2022 Big crew attended for 2nd year running and dominated winning just about everything except a board relay Igor. Good hit out for Country, Bruns the Branch. Our regular media manager was absent, so Trisha Parker stepped in. Great efforts all.

18.01.2022 Best Qld State results yet. Everyone excelled, best on sand has to go to punchy beating Grant Kenny home in the ironman. Followed with gold in 170+ board relay with Adrian and Maddog, gold in board rescue with Rob. Rob came away with gold in swim and rescue tube then combined with Phil and Paul for a 3rd in 130+ taplin. Am sure I have missed a few results. Very proud of all competitors.

12.01.2022 Great day for Bruns Masters carnival run in traditional big surf. Not sure on final numbers but easily the biggest and most talented field to date. Becoming the premier masters carnival.

07.01.2022 It was raining these bad boys for Bruns Masters at NSW Country titles over the weekend. Nearly everyone came away with a medal, Rob Brown would be close to competitor of the carnival against all ages. Punchy "who needs to train" Davis came up with a big haul also. Results catapulted Brunswick SLSC to 11th overall.

06.01.2022 Day 3 - start of sand events or as I've heard them referred to as egg and spoon races. Brave Bruns team of Igor, Grant, Dave, Oscar and Maddog all running or diving in these arctic conditions. Feels like 8 nup more like -8 degrees.
