A delicious crispy tart lined with chocolate with oozy caramel over top, a layer of biscuit crumb topped with a layer of chocolate and boosted up with fresh cream and a sprinkling of biscuit crumb and twix on top! Who thinks we should make up a fresh batch next week?

23.01.2022 SHOUTOUT TO THE SHOWIES Can you believe that the McGregors Family Carnival has been coming to Bruns for 65 years this year! How incredible is that? These guys are genuine humans with kind hearts and beautiful families that really are an extension of my own family. It’s pretty special to think I have known them my entire life, and each year at Christmas we can watch on as each new generation of our own kids grow up and have their first turn on the clowns, or nag us for fairy floss, outgrow the horses then move to the scrambler... next step the Stars! To the Allans (pictured here Leann Allan + Mick) the McGregors, the Neals and the rest of the crew that make the McGregors Family Carnival so special... thanks for coming back to little old Bruns all these years, Christmas time would not be the same without you guys!
