25.01.2022 Hi. I have some more northern bluefin for sale. There's not a lot so I will take orders until sold out. text me 0409240012. I will deliver it thisafternoon. $20 a kilo. Just to explain the price rise since last time. I have always sold whole fish so I am not used to working out the price of fillets. I am not trying to make more out of you than if I sold the fish whole to shops but I need at least the same.I took a guess last time on what return I would get from the tuna fillets and under-did it by a bit. thanks, Gavin

24.01.2022 Good evening. I know it's late notice but i've been fishing all day and filletting tonight. Tomorrow morning (fri 4 may) at 8;30 there will be fresh flake for sale at the harbour. Come and get some reef shark fillets, they're good tucker.

11.01.2022 tomorrow morning 27th july from 8:30 at the harbour leatherjacket fillets and leatherjacket tails. if you look at the picture with the whole leatherjacket there is a leatherjacket tail sitting on top. tails will be 5 dollars a kilo and fillets will be 25 dollars a kilo. They are a great eating fish, caught today, and the fillets fry up beautifully while the skinless tails can be cooked in a number of ways and lend themselves to asian style. see you tomorrow

07.01.2022 Hi Everyone. I've had a bit of time off and went away for a while. Wind and big swell have stopped me getting to sea this week so I'm heading up the river today to try and get some mullet and blackfish. I'll let you know how I go. Hopefully some fresh river fish for sale tomorrow. Gav.

05.01.2022 Hi. Thanks to some improved weather I've been able to get offshore and catch some of our top shelf eating fish the north coast has to offer. Friday morning at the harbour from 8:30 there will be fresh fillets of- snapper... cod trag jew moses perch hussar parrot fish pearl perch - and a few other bits and pieces I won't get a chance to fish the River this week so there will be no mullet, but make the most of the reef fish while it's available. It's a red meat fish, can be cooked like steak or makes great curries and fish cakes.good for sashimi too. if anybody wants some please send me a message I will even deliver this afternoon in the Ocean Shores Brunswick heads area.
