17.01.2022 In the last three weeks we have had quite a few clients not show up to their appointments after we have turned others away. Our system sends appointment reminders like they are going out of fashion. We understand life happens but we have had to implement a ‘no show and late cancellation policy’ Appointments unattended or cancelled within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of your missed service which will be added to the total of your next appointment.
