23.01.2022 Brush and Sippers - we have missed you!!! To start, our team would like thank everyone greatly for your continued love and support during these difficult times and for your anticipation of our reopening. We finally now have some good news! YAY!!!... We will be reopening our doors for in studio sessions from Friday June 12th and our team are very excited to welcome everyone back to one of our studios. We are now accepting bookings for both public sessions and private events, at reduced capacities, so we recommend making a booking, via our website www.brushandsip.com.au, as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. There will still be additional hygiene practices and social distancing measures in place, however, rest assured, we will still provide you with our usual amazing experience. To see further information about the practices and measures our team will be implementing, please see the COVID-19 section in our FAQs on our website. Whilst our doors have been closed to the public, our team has been hard at work designing new paintings and we’ve also put in some new mural art on the walls (preview below) of both studios so please come to one of our sessions and show your support for our small family business! PS: we know we’ve been very bad with social media during this break so we deeply apologise for anyone who has sent us a message and we haven’t gotten back to you! Please know it was not intentional at all, our team just very much needed a mental health break as we were all feeling very anxious and devastated with the pandemic situation. 09.01.2022 Hi friends, we hope everyone is doing well during these tough times. We have been receiving a large number of enquiries regarding the COVID-19 virus pandemic and would like to address some of these concerns below. At this stage, until it is mandatory for our studios to shut down, we will be open for business as usual and all sessions currently scheduled will still be proceeding.... We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and undertaking all extra precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our customers whilst we remain open, such as: - We are reducing the number of bookings per session we take on over the coming months so we can seat different groups separately to ensure social distancing measures can be implemented. - Additionally, whilst our studios and all equipment are always cleaned down and sanitised between sessions, we have also increased the level of cleaning to ensure maximum protection for our customers. We also have bathroom and washroom facilities available and encourage regular hand washing, as well as good hygiene practices, throughout the session. We strongly recommend anyone that has recently travelled overseas or have health concerns to place themselves into self-quarantine and follow the advice of health care officials. Should there be any changes or cancellations required in future, we will contact all bookings as necessary. Additionally, if there be a cancellation from our end, we will offer full refunds or credit for rescheduling. Alternatively, should anyone need to cancel their booking, including private event bookings, whilst we are still running our sessions as scheduled, we will be offering those affected credit to reschedule their booking (pending availability and circumstances). If anyone has any further concerns or questions, please email us at [email protected]. Please note, due to the influx of emails, replies may take up to 72 hours. We are also unable to confirm information about bookings over social media. As a small family business, we greatly appreciate your understanding and support during these tough times. 07.01.2022 Dear friends, With very heavy hearts, however, for the health and safety of our customers and our staff in light of COVID-19 and following recent government regulations, the Brush and Sip team have made the decision to close both our studios as of TODAY (Tuesday 24th March 2020), until the pandemic has eased. The Bookings Team are currently working overtime to contact bookings with options to reschedule or refund bookings. For those with a booking with us, we ask and thank y...ou for your patience and consideration whilst we are in process of contacting everyone. We will be contacting everyone via email If it is within your capacity during these tough times, please show your support for our small family team by accepting a credit note to reschedule your booking to another session, in lieu of a refund, so that Brush and Sip can come back stronger, rather than not at all. We have greatly appreciated everyone’s support, past and present, and we hope to still have your support when our studios are up and running again.
