14.01.2022 Everyone has heard about microplastic before, and everyone knows plastic in general is not good for the environment. But why is that and why is it worth looking into alternative options? Plastic takes up to 450 years to break down. However, it is assumed that microorganisms can’t fully decompose plastic as it’s an inert material. This means that plastic particles in landfill become smaller and smaller but never actually disappear and therefore accumulate as so called microplastic. This was a driving factor why we started BrushWise and we’re already looking into more eco-friendly products to substitute plastic in your bathroom and around the house. Together we can Make the Earth Smile!
