16.01.2022 Come join Burdekin Readers and Writers Assoc Inc. for an author session with a difference when Author & Journalist Caroline Overington sits down to chat with Bill Moss, AO. Learn how one man turned a life sentence into a fortunate life.... When Bill Moss found out he had a rare muscle-wasting disease, he didn’t react the way most people would. The then 28-year-old Sydney University economics graduate was informed that his incurable condition would soon enough leave him unable to walk, and also to even hold a coffee cup. He was advised to enjoy his life before facioscapulohumeral dystrophy, or FSHD, left him in a wheelchair. For further updates, keep following us on Facebook for venue, date, & details of BRW's next literary & social event.
