25.01.2022 MY OWN JOURNEY This is something I don’t tend to talk about very often but I am so proud of how far I have come!! This year has honestly been a train wreck for me, I have learnt so many things, overcome my mistakes, and I am still learning to this day. August this year I went down hill, completely lost myself, my body, and my mental state was in a whole different world I woke up one morning and really thought to myself like Brya, WTF are you doing???? From that ...point onwards I have slowly started to realise that LIFE IS SHORT and we don’t have time for negativity, but we have time to move on and be happy within ourselves I have focused on myself specifically, been in a better headspace, and have moved on with life, therefore my results started to show !!! I have dropped 4kg since august and have never felt better. There is more work to go but I am not letting anything or anyone stop that DM if you have any questions or need any help with your own journey xxx See more

This is called living in your comfort zone You can do it! I encourage you to leave that zone and try something new. Even if you give something a go and don’t perform it as well as you hoped, the fact that you allowed yourself to step out and try something different/new will lift your self-esteem, your mo...tivation, etc... Switch things up. If you use the treadmill every time you go to the gym because you don’t feel comfortable using the machines or free weights, why not try it out?? 17.01.2022 PERIOD This is me tonight bloated AF before my period vs me normally .. I get the worst symptoms (I know I’m not the only one) but here are some of the issues I deal with:... * bloating * period cramps * lower back pains * headaches/migraines * feel light headed All of these symptoms are quite common for most females. BLOATING is an early sign of pms that many females deal with. The feeling of bloating usually comes about 5 days before you get your period. PERIOD CRAMPS are throbbing or cramping pains in the lower abdomen. Many of us girls get this either before or during our cycle. LOWER-BACK PAINS are associated with cramps or pelvic pain that come along with your period each month. Females usually experience this pain within the 6-7 days of your cycle. HEADACHES are common around that time of the month. The most common headache during your period is called a Tension Headache, often caused by stress which feels like you have a tight band wrapped around your head. LIGHT HEADED because we are !! If your goal isn’t realistic, you’re going to fall short. And if you fall short, and don’t have the physique you imaged, you are going to lose patience. ...
