05.01.2022 Client was taking Drone footage of newly erected Christmas lights and inflatables.A gust of wind blew drone into Date Palm on opposite side of canal. Located with a little help from across the canal with binoculars, as interlocking fronds with deadly thorns, had no visual. Climb above Christmas lights on palm trunk without doing damage to the lights or tree. After about 20mins of fishing about with a pole saw, was able to jag it loose and set the drone free.
