22.01.2022 It may not always feel like it, but chocolate companies listen to us. They have to, if they want to make money! We choose which companies we support whenever we buy chocolate. This Easter, choose chocolates that are not tainted by human rights abuses and deforestation. Download the Easter Chocolate Shopping Guide at beslaveryfree.com/chocolate so you know which chocolate to buy, and which to avoid, and make your voice heard this Easter. Ask, "How are the kids?" and demand that chocolate companies #GiveThemAGo every time you buy.

22.01.2022 Two of the biggest chocolate companies, who dominate the shelves at Easter, are Mondelez International (Cadbury) and Mars. We've looked into their policies and practices, alongside a dozen other companies, and found a lot of positive stuff. But there's still a lot to work onit's one thing to have a good company policy, and another thing to measure its effectiveness on the ground. We're going to keep encouraging these companies to make good decisions for kids and farmers, and we hope you will too! See how all the companies we surveyed stack up by downloading the annual Easter Chocolate Shopping Guide at beslaveryfree.com/chocolate, and make informed choices when you're buying chocolate this Easter. How are the kids? Let's #GiveThemAGo!

19.01.2022 This year is the International Year for the Elimination of Child Labour, which is why we're asking chocolate companies, "How are the kids?" and calling on them to #GiveThemAGo! Chocolate is a billion dollar industry, but despite promises to cut down child labour in the supply chains, children are still exploited and vulnerable. With our annual chocolate shopping guide, you can know which chocolates could be tainted by human rights abuses. Check out our chocolate scorecard to see who are the Good Eggs, and who are rotten! Download the Easter Chocolate Shopping Guide right now at beslaveryfree.com/chocolate, and be a part of the global movement to end child labour.

10.01.2022 Cocoa famers across the world receive as little as 19 cents for every 100 grams of chocolate sold in our local stores, and in many cases that's not a living income. But it doesn't have to be this way. Donate today to offset your chocolate consumption for a full year and help us advocate for and work with cocoa farmers to get a living income from chocolate producers. Donate at beslaveryfree.com/chocolate. #GiveThemAGo
