24.01.2022 The Gallery will not be open this weekend. The next weekend is Lower Mountains Arts Trail. Saturday and Sunday 1st & 2nd Sep. Lots of new pieces including some amazing large bowls and some spectacular new round and oval pendants.

15.01.2022 Barbara's latest bowl. Came out of the kiln this morning. This one is a commission but there are many more available in The Glass Gallery open Sat and Sun 10am - 4pm.

13.01.2022 Day 1 of this year's first arts trail is almost done. We are open again tomorrow 10am-4pm, just follow the signs on Hawkesbury Road, Springwood near the golf course. You can also check out the other places on the trail, visit Blue Mountains Arts Trail for details. Next Arts Trail (Lower Mountains) is not until the first weekend in September.

13.01.2022 After over 30 years of working with glass, Barbara has decided to call it a day. The Glass Gallery is closing down and having a huge sale on all of Barbara's glass art and jewellery. The gallery will be open Saturdays 9am to 5pm from now until 22nd December which will be our last day. Hurry in for the biggest choice, it's not expected to last.

11.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart that we add this post. After trading for over ten years as The Glass Gallery and previously since 2002 at The Rocks Market we are now just a few days away from our final trading day. We would like to thank the many,many customers who either own or have purchased as gifts some of Barbara's amazing works. There are many thousands of pieces that Barbara has made over the years and yet every single piece unique. This page will remain open for a while whilst we decide what to do with all the left over stock and fittings. 10.01.2022 Well it's been a busy week for Barbara creating some amazing pieces. Here's the first one. This bowl is 30cm in diameter. Truly spectacular.

08.01.2022 Barbara is once again participating in this great Art Show with some wonderful new creations including some huge slumped glass bowls. Well worth a visit.

08.01.2022 Things don't always work out as planned. What was supposed to be a bowl has ended up as a piece of garden art in our pergola thanks to a kiln malfunction. The temperature rose too quickly and caused the bottom clear glass circle to shatter. It's actually quite stunning and has given me some new ideas. I intend to keep this piece. See if you can see the tree.

06.01.2022 Tomorrow (Sunday 30th December 2018) will be our last regular trading day on a Sunday. In 2019 we I'll only be open on a regular basis every Saturday 9am to 5pm. Hours may change when daylight saving ends. If you do need us to open on a Sunday for you it will need to be by appointment

02.01.2022 Here is another of the stunning bowls created by Barbara in the past couple of weeks. This one is 35cm in diameter and a beautiful ruby red transparent bottom glass with the most amazing red/white swirl centre. Simply stunning. The Glass Gallery is open this weekend Sat & Sun 10am - 4pm.

02.01.2022 This beautiful glass bow tie was created by Barbara to donate to Cancer Wellness Support, an organisation started in the Blue Mountains to provide support to cancer sufferers,survivors and their families. Every two years they hold an auction of lots of wonderful Arty Bras and Ties to raise funds to help others. It's been 5 years since Barbara was diagnosed with breast cancer and still receives lots of support from this organisation.
