24.01.2022 Hitting the pavement and doors again today, this time the central highlands region with Hamilton, Ouse and Bothwell. Absolutely brilliant people who clearly feel underrepresented and that they don’t have a strong voice!! Lots of talk about anti protest laws and protecting workers rights especially in the forest/timber related industry. A lot of people who are still gutted by the labor/green alliance and will never forget...... A very long day but it’s well worth working hard to hear our people. Great coffee in Hamilton, lunch and beer in Ouse and an arvo beer in Bothwell. Thanks to Nicki for the help today and thanks to everyone who took time to chat.

22.01.2022 The berries that put the valley on the map Great to catch up with Rob Clark and talk all things Agriculture in the valley. Also checked out the Maydena bike park before this weekends championships kick off.... Both wonderful and different local businesses creating employment opportunities.

16.01.2022 Happy international women’s day to all the amazing women in my life and beyond. I am blessed to be surrounded by amazing women everyday, as a son, a brother, husband, father, uncle or as coach of the local women’s footy team the ladies around me are all unique, special to me and show strength in so many ways. My job as a male here is to encourage and create an environment that lets all these wonderful women know, that they can all achieve whatever they wish out of life and... my promise to them- I will bring down whatever barriers that might be in the way, help break stigma and inspire them to lead from the front Pictured here: My wife and daughters, My beautiful mother and nieces and some of my amazing NN women’s footy team.
