15.01.2022 A mixed weekend for our 3 junior teams playing semis. Our Stage 2 team is through to the GF on a forfeit. Funny story. Ask Ted next time you see him. Stage 3A 16’s had a great win against Batemans Bay by 83 runs with some great performances with both bat and ball. Good luck to both teams next week. Unfortunately, our 3B 14’s team went down to Batemans Bay fighting hard to the last over and losing by 7. Congratulations to Troy and the team (pictured below)on a great season.

14.01.2022 The Shoalhaven Cricket Association has been given a great opportunity to participate in February/March in the Woolworths Cricket Blast Program. For the first time we are running an All Girls Master Blasters program and with assistance from Cricket NSW and Cricket Australia we have been able to secure this program at no cost for the participants. For kids aged 8-12 this Master Blaster program has been formulated to be conducted over 4 weeks and run for a 90-minute duration ...each week. Each Master Blasters session has been designed to simplify delivery, which means more time playing and less time providing instructions. Master Blasters Girls will engage in the fundamental skills of Cricket while playing Games where each child bats, bowls and fields. Jackson Ingram- Player of the year,Stage 3A Allrounder and bowling award,U14’s rep player of the year,Junior Rep player of the year. Alec Dobson- U16’s Rep player of the year Oliver Baxter- Stage 3B Bowling Award... Well done to all! Remember this Friday is our Junior Presentation at Berry Bowling Club. 05.01.2022 Congratulations to our Stage 3A 16’s team today being awarded SDCA Premiership in a rain affected final. Not only did the boys win the comp, the team was also awarded The Spirit of Cricket award for their division. Well done to Matt, Stewart and all those involved in bringing these two trophies back to the nest. #Back to Back # 3peat???
