13.01.2022 Good news for your Sunday night, Sydney - PS40 Bar have just bottled another batch of cake-inspired cocktails, so we have more available to order online this week. Pictured is the ZEN Cocktail - a refreshing take on the classic Paloma, with a pistachio lemon twist. The cocktail has a rich citrus foundation of ruby red grapefruit and lemon, while decadent butter washed Don Julio creates a great mouthfeel to complement the fragrant tang. Creamy yet light, the Zen is finished off with coriander and fennel seed. Remember, we're delivering all over Sydney, so you can get your cake (and cocktail!) fix, dropped directly to your door.

Next up is crispy crunch and some dark choc caramel. Then, layer after layer of port and brandy sponge, and chocolate mousse.
