Kids' skill level improves through the process and their confidence grows at the same time. BSS has taught a lot of things which other academies don't, and it's much clearer when we initially came from another academy. There are strategies behind every technique and they are well communicated to the kids so even a U9 can understand the reasons for certain moves, with or without a ball. Other than individual skills, BSS also coaches discipline and we all know how important it is when you want to build a successful culture. We had participated in multiple trials with different SAP teams and were offered a U10 position in 2021 by both Manly SAP & Northern Tigers SAP from playing only Grassroots in U9 having missed SAP selection for 2020. It shows the BSS methods definitely work and if your goal is to help your kids to achieve their goals, BSS is the right choice.
