20.01.2022 HELLO! It's been a *long* time since I posted and I apologise for the disappearing act, but I needed a break to sort out my personal life. That said, I'm about to attempt a come back after a lengthy break from, sadly, my health and fitness, and a lot of social media. To start, it's INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY! So, comment below about a woman that inspires you; has influenced you; makes you a better person! Feel free to post photos, ask questions, add quotes and make suggestions. 13.01.2022 Week 2 of the year and I am already injured (minor only) Instead of stopping I've just figured out ways to adjust my training so I can still progress towards my goals. Not ideal but better than giving up or losing ground again.

The woman on the left took hers 15 minutes apart and the man on the right took an hour. Weight loss is not an easy task and we have all had our battles and struggles.
