19.01.2022 We are back! Episode 31 with @jacob_weatherley is now LIVE! Jacob is a coach and mentor, guiding men on how they can be truly strong individuals so they can lead fulfilling, confident and accomplished lives. In this episode, we dive into his relationship with his Dad, which I know a lot of men will resonate with. He elaborates building on that relationship over time to now having amazing conversations that hold real meaning.... Jacob shares his journey from AFL, into personal training and owning a gym, the huge adversities in that space along with personal battles at the same time. Jacob was a real hustler early on, and he shares how he got through these times and where it lead him into the coaching space. It’s an amazing journey, and as Steve Jobs said, we can only connect the dots looking back, and only then can we see the reasons why the things that happened to, really happened for us. Jacob talks this importance of a mentor and what makes a. great leader in the coaching space. We have great discussion on this topic, covering formal education and what’s referred to as toxic personal development.

18.01.2022 Welcome to episode 25 of the Bridge The Gap Podcast with Dan Ballard. Dan is a mentor of both mine & Jarreds, so to sit down with him to dive deep into his story was incredibly fascinating. Dan is a mentor & a re educator, who has filled the last 3 decades with a massive amount of questions, suffering, growth and intelligence, which is what makes this one of our longest, but deepest podcasts we’ve had so far.... Dan dives into his experiences growing up, finding an outlet in the gym and moving into the world of performance enhancing drugs. The insight into this world is something I’ve never heard before, and Dan doesn’t hold back. He takes us through his pain and suffering, and how it lead him into the man he is today. We talk on key relationships and transitions, the introduction of Yoga and how that impacted his reputation in the fitness industry. There are so many times where Dan has gone against the grain, and with his heart which showed true challenges, but immense growth. I strongly believe there is an opportunity in this episode for you. It’s an opportunity to challenge yourself by really listening to what’s being said, because there’s a huge part of our conversation that may trigger you, or may seem like too much. I want you to know that if you feel this way, I was exactly like you. I wasn’t interested in deep thinking and understanding myself, but as Dan explains so well throughout this episode, for us to really take control and understand ourselves, we must start on the inside, and there are so many incredible tools in this episode to begin to learn and develop that deeper understanding.
17.01.2022 If you do not deal with your emotions, they will manifest in other ways. A minute of power from @jackdelosa on Ep10 of the podcast! Check it out now (link in bio)

14.01.2022 More and more we realise, that as men we share so many traits, experiences and views on the most important parts of life. Last night was a testament to that, with some incredible stories surrounding the roles parents, grandparents and guardians have in our lives. One of the most common themes, was surrounding the relationships with our fathers, and the difficulty of having an open hearted conversation. It was great to share and collectively find ways that we can improve the relationships with our parents or parental figures. Big power in this group!
14.01.2022 Sunday ritual, BTG Run Club launching from Terrigal to Wamby and back this morning. We got wet and started Sunday right
13.01.2022 #menshealthweek is an opportunity to bring light to a topic that can be dark and scary, as many of us men know all too well. We want to firstly show our support with open arms, and send out a reminder to not only reach out if you need a hand, but to reach in for those who need it, as said by @matt.runnalls so well! We want to highlight 5 figures who we have come to know and learn from within this space. Your environment WILL greatly influence the outcome of your life, so we w...ant to give you 5 of the men who bring amazing energy, content and messaging to this platform. They each have amazing stories, which you can find on our podcast, but more importantly they each stand for a greater cause than themselves. @matt.runnalls is one of the top mental health advocates in the world, dedicating his life to educating people on mental health, and providing incredible tools and resources! He also is working closely with our number 2 on the list.. @darmfield27 has an amazing career story, and has evolved into the business of helping men fight for what matters most. @damien.bugeja has to be one of the most caring and loving men around. His physical feats and his why, create a mission that is completely unbreakable. @seanweir_fit and @the_shaka_project together have a goal of encouraging us, that it’s ok to speak up, and creating a movement of connection through the simplest of ways @travisyoung06 energy is infectious, and will always remain one of our most real and open podcast episodes. His business, @rebornfitnessclub was birthed out of one of the hardest and toughest times in Travis’s life, and it inspires us deeply!

11.01.2022 Together with @theprivatestudio_ last night we had 15 men in a room to talk on what we ultimately wanted out of life. Not the kind that changes the world with innovation and money, but one where we feel alive and fulfilled inside. The space provided open hearts, tears, vulnerability, strength, courage, 0 judgement and complete support for every individual, and we walked away with energy that couldn’t be felt anywhere else.... If you want to be a part of something, we welcome men with open arms, and will be continuing to run these events along with our run club every Sunday. If you could benefit, or know someone who could, reach out
09.01.2022 Sunday 6 What’s one thing you’re grateful for today? @ Terrigal, New South Wales
07.01.2022 We’ve just finished up with @livingworkseducation for a 2 days suicide intervention program. One of the most insightful, helpful and eye opening programs we’ve done together, and as individuals. The program is about equipping people with the tools they need to communicate effectively with someone who is considering or attempting suicide, really taking away the scare factor of really reaching in and asking those crucial questions.... This training is open for anyone, and we were so fortunate to be sponsored into this program through SOKS founder, Lester Pearson; someone who, along with a great team are doing amazing things on the coast and beyond. For anyone who wants more info, we can point you in the right direction
06.01.2022 Episode 28 of the Bridge The Gap Podcast with Jessey McGuire is now LIVE! Link Jessey is one hell of a human being, bringing an amazing energy, a great smile and a lot of value to this episode, and to our lives.... We sat down with Jessey in this episode, to get a deeper insight into his journey, but things didn’t quite go as we’d planned, which is one of the topics of conversation that you’ll hear; how often do things not go to plan, but where do they lead? We chat on a lot of Jesseys philosophies, how he has found his way and what he’s created in his 24 years here. He has an amazing podcast, wineify which both Jarred & myself have been on, and it’s an amazing conversation platform. Jessey is a man with a teaching degree, a podcast, who is studying business and marketing, but first and foremost a man with a huge level of awareness and a deep insight into people. Some of the conversation w create in this episode is so unique, and we made some fire! Link in the comments to this powerful episode :)
05.01.2022 Episode 24 with Dennis Armfield is now live! In this episode, we talk on growing up, and his relationships between both his parents, who split when Dennis was 6... We talk on the football journey from Rugby to AFL and into the career, culture and life in the AFL. Dennis made a big transition out of football into business, and we dive into why he did this, how he approached it and what’s ahead for his journey and business fight club. See more

02.01.2022 Episode 32 of the Bridge The gap Podcast with @caderobertsonx it’s LIVE! Cade is originally from South Africa, having moved here last year just before COVID hit. Although he got over here just before, the timing was bitter sweet, not being able to form any friendships for months while we were in lockdown. It’s been a crazy year for sure, but especially for Cade. A new country, new people, new lifestyle, everything started from square one for Cade, but we are stoked he made ...the move, because he has given myself, and the guys around him so much value in his person, and his story, as you’ll find out. In this episode, we speak on life in South Africa, which will probably leave you pretty stunned. We speak on his relationships, both with family and romantic, the Rugby scene and culture and his bodybuilding journey. Cade shares his stories so well, and really put things into perspective. Cade is an absolute machine of a man, with a heart of gold. We are stoked and humbled to have him on this episode. Check it out! (link in bio)
02.01.2022 Episode 27 of the Bridge The Gap Podcast is LIVE! This is a very different episode of the podcast today, and we are bringing you this just in time for our second mens event, partnered with the private studio. On July 8, we will be focused on what love means to us individually, because it really does hold so many meanings and emotions for each person. We are sold out on this event, but. Can’t wait to continue these monthly to engage more men into real conversation. This episod...e is one from my personal podcast. I recorded it after an experience in Bali earlier in the year, when I made some huge transformations in my life, mostly surrounding my limiting beliefs. I won’t dive too much into the story, but off the back of a teaching we had, came an inspiration to write an episode, shedding light on love, and how my ideas on love have shifted over time. It’s a short one, but has had some amazing feedback from my personal audience, and so I’m very excited to share it on our Bridge The Gap platform!
