However, we will be open until 6pm today so now is the time to pick up any coffee supplies that you will need in lock down. Also, if you have a coffee subscription you will need to pick it up in store by 6pm today because we won’t be able to deliver for the next 6 days.

20.01.2022 Aroresa (pronounced A-ro-ress-ah). This coffee bean grows alongside bananas, grains and corn under the shade of tall native trees in this small town of the Sidamo region, Ethiopia. Its another beauty sustainably sourced and imported by our friends at Melbourne Coffee Merchants. This is a Grade 1 Ethiopian coffee, indicating a great deal of effort has been put into the selection and grading during processing.... We feel this coffee is well represented by the notes apricot, raspberry, and blackcurrant. A beautiful clean washed coffee, its available roasted for espresso and filter. 19.01.2022 Looking for some variety in your coffee life? We have three options in store which you can try in any white or black coffee. Tega & Tula Estate is from Ethiopia and has tasting notes of peaches and cream, mango, and pineapple acidity. We’d recommend trying it black. Gaitania is from Colombia and has tasting notes of nectarine, raspberry, and cocoa. It works great black or white.... Seasonal blend is a great all-rounder and tastes of chocolate coated hazelnuts, caramel and berry sweetness. It’s great black or white. They are all amazing, so why not try something new? #b3coffee

"In the midst of covid madness, mum was diagnosed with lymphoma (a form of blood cancer) and her chemo and treatment journey began soon after. The leukemia foundation is such a worthy cause to donate to! Funds raised provide families facing blood cancer with the care needed to make it through every scary, uncertain moment that follows a diagn...osis. Donations also transform fear into hope in miraculous, life-changing ways by furthering the work of brilliant research scientists. This research is saving lives right now as it continues to discover faster diagnostics and even better treatments for people with blood cancer. We think this is a very worthy cause and we are proud to support The Leukaemia Foundation. If you would like to participate, a donation box will be on our counter all month. 12.01.2022 We have Geisha! You have probably heard us talk about this in-store. Our friends and green bean partners SouthLand Merchants have brought in this very special coffee. Its a special and highly sought-after bean known for its delicate tea-like flavours. Weve worked with Southland Merchants for a while now and built a solid relationship with Andre and Nadia, so who better to source our first Geisha from? ... We havent heard of many Geishas to come out of Brazil, so thats another exciting thing. This may not be the funky tasting, huge punch in the mouth fruit bomb with pointed acidity, or big boozy flavours that people come to expect from some of our higher-end coffees; its a more delicate, balanced, refined experience - something new for our customer base. This is the first Geisha to hit our machines, and Jack is thrilled with the new challenge of roasting it! It is naturally processed, like many beautiful coffees from Brazil, but its exotic variety and careful processing make it super special. This creamy coffee boasts notes of peach, glac cherry, and butterscotch. We hope you enjoy this incredibly exclusive coffee.
