25.01.2022 I'm excited - again!! Finally got the photo shoot done. Thank you so much to Brook and beautiful Amira. Both Brook and Amira were the best models. I am working on the photos over the next few days and then look forward to sharing them. Biggest job we had was getting Amira to hand over the Bubbabeads - as you will see.

24.01.2022 Happy 2019 folks and as 2018 transforms into 2019, I offer a ‘transformer’ Bubbabead necklace in muted tones of silver and green with a hint of yellow. Sounds a bit like a dessert. This one I am calling ‘Green Dreams’. Christmas and New Year has taken on a new meaning over the last 3. Yep, it’s the 3rd Christmas without my Kellie. That is such a selfish, self indulgent statement. She was her husband Luke’s ‘Babe’, and her daughter Cadence’s ‘Mummy’, and her brother Craig...’s ‘Kel Bels’. However.allow me my wallowing. I revisited Kel’s blog today. If you are looking for a little bit of well written, hilarious, alarming, confronting first hand experience on one person’s take on cancer this is a must read. Be warned though strong language and a no-holds approach to sex, chemo and being a re-born blonde. You may cry but you will certainly laugh and feel uplifted from her approach to life and death. 24.01.2022 This promotion has been a long time coming. As with most of us, 'life' and its' challenges get in the way of what we are passionate about. However, perhaps the planets have aligned and maybe, just maybe, there is some guidance from Kel. If I had got to this promotion earlier, when Kathryn first suggested 'Mini Me' necklaces, it may not have been the right time for Kel and Luke's little girl, Cadence (Cady) to have wanted to make some by herself during the April school holid...ays. From quite often being very interested in making a necklace without much thought to design, to now at 6 1/2 years old mastering matching colours and technique warms my heart. Bubbabeads main FB photo features Cady with a blue necklace she designed and made for herself and one that she designed and made for Kathryn and Clara. Our other model is Hannah - my son and his wife's little girl, nearly 4 years old and she would rather climb a tree than sit for photos of course. 'Mini Me' Bubbabead necklaces are for your little girl or boy. Each large bead or animal are individually knotted on strong satin cord and designed as a sensory and visually stimulating necklace. As with our adult Bubbabeads, they have a breakaway clasp for safety. Once again, you can customize your design or go with one of our pre-made ones. As with our adult Bubbabeads, these are not a toy and should only be worn under supervision. I hope you enjoy these as much as I and Cady have enjoyed making them

24.01.2022 Being a Grandma is the best! Love being part of seeing my 2 gorgeous granddaughters develop. Love watching their artistic prowess grow each year. Cady (7 in October) and Hannah (now 4) love making their Bubbabead necklaces when they visit. Cady has come a long way from her random selection to now matching colours and combinations which are lovely. Hannah on her last visit made a 'special' necklace for her Daddy for Father's Day. I'm sure Craig will wear it everywhere!!!... I couldn't let this opportunity go by without a few photos of course Market update and bead news coming shortly.

23.01.2022 Yes - it's been a while. As you all know - with families - sometimes stuff just happens and we need to deal with that first. However.... I am about to do my first MARKET!!! As I am based in Bundaberg Qld, my first market will be this weekend - Sunday 4 August at Shalom Markets. It has been a long time coming and was always part of the plan with Kel. ... The aim is to eventually do the Caboolture Markets (north end of Brisbane) where Cadence (Cady) lives with her Dad. Now nearly 7 she is keen to be my assistant. NO!! - got that wrong - I'm assisting Cady. If you are in the area, pop in and say 'hello'. I will have a lot of made up Bubbabead necklaces, Mini Me necklaces, Teethers on the Run and a couple of Transformers. Will also have order sheets too and a range of beads and teethers should you want a 'custom made' one. This is called 'building the momentum' when it comes to promotion (other 'speak' for - just other stuff going on really) I am almost, yeah almost, ready to release the photos of Brooke and Amira for the ongoing Bubbabeads promotion. 14.01.2022 After a few false starts - I am starting to get my head around the photos to share as part of our Bubbabeads promotion. This is a picture of Cady (Cadence - now 5 1/2) and 6 month old Amira. No Bubbabeads in sight but just loved the 'love' in this one. More to come....

09.01.2022 Thank you for your wonderful support for this little business. The interest generated by our 'Mini Me' necklaces has been incredible. Most of the Bubbabead 'Mini's' or 'Mummy' ones I forget to photograph before I send them on their way. However, here are a few of the 'Mini's" that I have dispatched in the last few weeks.... I did have a problem with the Bubbabeads website which has now been rectified, thanks to Rose and her team. Would also be very interested from anyone that finds the mobile phone website a little too clumsy or difficult to use. Always looking to improve your experience and believe me what I don't know about websites, one could write several volumes about!!

01.01.2022 Market Update Do appreciate all your well wishes thank you for your support. Pretty pleased with ourselves and happy with our display for a first timer. ... Dragged Carl along to assist with ‘lifting heavy weights’ and we actually sold quite a few off our display from our original Bubbabead nursing necklace, Teether on the Run, and our Mini Me’s. I even got to babysit our neighbour Skye’s little dog, Lily which of course was a bonus. You will notice Lily in her PJ’s which Skye makes for all shapes and sizes of doggies.
