25.01.2022 Here is our new style Sage in action. It will be released tonight and we will have a small launch gift for you. Keep your eyes peeled for more detail. 25.01.2022 Our baby nests have been restocked! We are still waiting for fabric for Rosor and Bukett, but the other styles are all back online. We have a bit of a backlog to work through so please expect a few extra days before your nest is on its way to you. If we dont manage to ship it this week, it will be in the post next week. Also note that we have changed the stuffing in the baby nest bolsters from organic cotton to organic silk cotton. Read our previous post if you want to learn more about silk cotton We love it!

24.01.2022 We have a new magic fibre in our nests! We are always on the hunt for even better, healthier and more sustainable materials and have now found a material called silk cotton, or kapok which we will be using in the bolsters of our baby nests going forward. This fibre is similar to the organic cotton wadding previously used but is much lighter - it is eight times lighter than cotton! Another benefit is that the kapok tree grows naturally in nature as opposed to being farmed and ...does hence not contribute to deforestation. Here are some other reasons to why we love silk cotton: 100% organic soft and breathable material totally natural and no chemicals are used during processing free from chemicals and toxins making it healthy for bub and workers sustainable and environmental friendly biodegradable moisture resistant, quick drying and resilient fibre It is commonly used as stuffing in organic pillows, mattresses and toys and is an organic alternative to polyester We hope you will love it as much as we do! 23.01.2022 Welcome to the world West and well done mama Hayley @the_hills2 Today is RUOK day which is a good reminder to check in with people in your life how things are. I certainly need the reminder myself. Life is so hectic with little ones and sometimes it feels more important to get that messy kitchen in order than to call a friend. But at least for me, I feel so much better after a good chat and it will give me the energy to get that kitchen sorted too, unless hubby has done it in the meantime #winwin West is resting in our organic Newbie Nest in Sky Grey.

When starting Bubnest I had a fair few products on the lists of what to potentially include in our collection but face masks were not really one of them. But here we are! Hoooooowever....we are now running very low on bolsters and might be out of stock for a few weeks so we will have to see if we actually can release it next week . 14.01.2022 Good morning! We are all out of baby nests now and are waiting for more material. In a normal world it should be here in a week (or actually months ago ...) but transport is also heavily impacted by the pandemic so it will likely be 2 weeks. We will take the opportunity and stock up on other products which we are constantly low on such as nursing pads and burpees. Plus we are working our way through all our face mask orders! We might just turn into a face mask factory during these weeks instead. First batch of face masks is going out today. Please note that our face masks have a 10-14 day lead time although we always aim to have them made and sent to you as quickly as possible. Picture @anna_overton

09.01.2022 We often get the question how many reusable nursing pads that are needed. Any nursing pad users out there keen to help answer this question? I guess it depends on the leakiness of the milk bar and how often the washing machine is running. With my first bub I could get away with 3 pairs in total, use one pair a day, and wash at least ever third day. One () was leaky, the other () not so in case of emergency I could always swap half way during the day . With my second child I increased to six pairs as sometimes there was no time to get the washing done multiple times during a week. Everyone is different so there wont be one answer that is right for everyone, but any advise is still helpful! Picture @mybohotribe

Our organic Nursing Pads and Burpee Cloths beautifully captured by @mybohotribe These products were developed during our time in lock-down here in Brisbane when supply of materials started to be challenging and we asked our followers what other products we could make with materials at hand. These products have since been very popular and we love them in our collection of must-haves for mums and bubs! Thanks for all your ideas and support. We have finally caught up with orders since launch and they should all be on their way to you now Going forward we will try to keep stock so that your orders can be sent as quickly as possible but please still allow up to 2 weeks as its not always easy to predict which pattern that will sell each week. We used to have shelves and shelves of scraps but its quickly turning into face masks and other products. We are happy that we are able to use all our organic fabric and nothing goes to waste.
