22.01.2022 We recently had a visit from some of our special former guests who came and lended a hand in our clean up and recovery. In the rubble they recognised our little cow ornaments that once sat proud on the mantle in the kitchen. It’s the little things that once seemed so unimportant that now hold the most significance to us because of the memories they keep. Thank you for your visit and your help Sandra, we really appreciate it.

Georgie Daphne has created a customised piece of artwork called Buchan Blue Wattle which is inspired by a special tree species restricted to the limestone soils of the Buchan region. Georgie is generously donating $50 from all sales of this print to go directly towards rebuilding our fences.... This is unbelievably generous of her and such a thoughtful way to raise funds. 07.01.2022 It’s fascinating to see the stark contrast of the black burnt out mountains and the regrowth of brightest green paddocks. We’ve had a lot going on over the past few weeks. We are so grateful to all the friends and volunteers who’ve travelled far and wide to spend their weekends here helping us with the clean up and rebuilding of the farm.
