25.01.2022 THIS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BOOK ON FOREIGN BOOKING SITES, GUEST CAN LEAVE VERY DAMAGING REVIEWS FOR YOUR MOTELS ETC AND BOOKING.COM DONT GIVE A SHIT THEY JUST FEED OFF OUR COMMISSION'S THAT THEY TAKE FROM US / JUST READ THE FOLLOWING REVIEW THAT WAS LEFT BY A VERY APOLOGETIC GUEST , BUT BOOKING .COM WILL NOT REMOVE IT PLEASE BOOK DIRECT AND GIVE THESE PEOPLE THE FLICK FOR GOOD Dissapointing. Location was good. Sheets were clean. Two large skip/rubbish bins positioned ...directly out our front door. Patio furniture was old, worn & filthy with dirt & grime. No management on site, just a digital key entry. Inside bathroom bin was still full from previous guest, room not vaccuum (for a long time) as there was a build up of fluff, hair & dust in every corner. Too concerned not to wear thongs throughout our room. Bathroom tiles were not clean. Cobwebs an all windows. A partial refund is requested please. Hi Dave, following our phone conversation this morning regarding my posted review of the wrong motel, I sent the following message to Booking.com who replied & advised me it would be best addressed to you!!??!! Apologies again for my mistake & I have tried without success for the past hour to rectify this to no avail. I am unable to even find the original review online.
