22.01.2022 I'm in the hives today!!! There will be honey before christmas!

15.01.2022 Hi all, Dayboro Markets this Sunday 7th May and we will be there with our latest honey extraction. Come down, swap your jars, pick up your honey for your porridge and honey lemon teas as the weather gets colder. Looking forward to seeing you all. Cheers Amanda xx

09.01.2022 Seems ridiculous to post this when we are waiting for ex- tropical cyclone Debbie to arrive but we will not be attending Dayboro Markets this weekend due to the poor season we have had in terms of dry weather! Our nectar flow this season has been almost non existent and while we have extracted honey this week, it is already being sold in the form of orders, at the honesty box and through the Dayboro Bakery. With the arrival of much needed rain we are hoping and praying that our season is extended slightly. Wishing everyone a wonderful and safe Easter. Hoping to see you all again at the May markets. 03.01.2022 Just a heads up: we will no longer be attending Dayboro markets with our honey stall. Instead we will sell exclusively through The Dayboro Bakery however, we won't have any honey ready this week or in time for the weekend. Apologies, the weather has been hot and dry with no real honey flow as yet. We need rain for the eucalyptus to really flower in abundance. Hopefully not too much longer. Thanks all for your patience.
