18.01.2022 Important Information for the beginning of Season 2 Dear Members,... Due to a large volume of interest Caloundra Basketball will be reopening registrations. Thank you to everyone who was able to collect their new player singlets today. We are looking forward to seeing the stadium in black and gold. SEASON 2 2019 | JUNIORS INFORMATION REGISTRATIONS All players must be registered prior to taking the court on Monday. We are aware that some players have been away and have reopened registrations due to a large volume of interest. IMPORTANT Please note: To allow for players not ready to join a men’s team Caloundra Basketball we will be having an U19 age group this year consisting of players born in 2001/2002/2003. All registrations and payments need to be made via your sports TG passport accounts Click this link to access your Sports TG passport account We will not have facilities to take payments for Season 2 fees at the front desk on Monday 15th July - Grading Day GRADING Teams for our U12, U14, U16 & U19's will be graded this season. Grading will be held on both Monday 15th July & 29th July with Coach Lee and Caloundra Basketball deciding Pool A and B teams. Team lists will be placed on the notice board in the stadium on Monday the 15th. We ask that you arrive ready to play basketball 10 mins before the allocated time for your age group. U12 4:00pm U14 4:50pm U16 5:40pm U19 6:30pm SEASON 2 Season two will consist of two grading weeks, 13 Rounds and two finals rounds. Round 1 will commence on Monday the 5th August 2019. Official team lists along with the draw will be posted Friday the 2nd August via email and on our Facebook Page. Please ensure you like our Caloundra Basketball Facebook Page to get up to date information . UNIFORMS The new singlets are mandatory from Season 2. If you have not done so you will be able to pay and collect your singlets from the Caloundra Ball office which is located upstairs and to the left at the stadium. Monday 15th July 2019 between 5:00 6:00pm only. Preferred payment is via your Sports TG account. Reversible singlets will be worn as follows: Team A (Black) V Team B (Gold) TRAINING Training will be held on Tuesdays with the first session starting back on Tuesday 6th August. All teams are encouraged to attend. U12 | U14 @ 4pm - 4.45pm U16 | U18 @ 5pm - 5.45pm Please ensure your player is financial and available to play from 4pm Monday 15th July. SEASON 2 2019 | SENIOR MEN'S INFORMATION: Our Senior Men's Competition Round 1 kicks off on July 29th, all Senior Men's team Captains are requested to send a team nomination form to [email protected] and have ALL players registered prior to the 15th July. Nomination Form Semi Finals: Monday 25th November Grand Finals: Monday 2nd December PLEASE NOTE: CALOUNDRA INDOOR STADIUM IS UNAVAILABLE TO CALOUNDRA BASKETBALL ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY, JULY 22ND AND 23RD DUE TO NATIONAL NETBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS BEING HELD. They will be around our club helping c...oach our juniors on club night and club training. Make them feel welcome and say hello they will have lots of basketball knowledge to share. Carlie represented Australia and is a 3x3 Gold and Bronze medallist and has played SEABL and QBL for the last 2 years.
