08.01.2022 Hi, I'm Scott and I'm a Jerkaholic. My addiction started quite some time ago. My search for the ultimate jerky was insatiable, I was disappointed every time. This drove me to develop the ULTIMATE batch myself. This way I would be able to enjoy jerky anytime....
