19.01.2022 Garden No. 4 of the Buderim Garden Festival 2018 was visited by us on Sunday. A beautiful garden of one of our members with lots of beautiful plants. We appreciated a lift to the property in the golf buggy.

A step by step demonstration punctuated with hilarity, quips and interesting anecdotes kept all attentive and amused Thanks to Monika and Rick for hosting the workshop and John, Kathy and Eunice for monitoring COVID safety procedures, selling raffle tickets, mixing cement and serving cake

17.01.2022 A huge thank you to Elizabeth for her very informative talk about mosaics during the Birdbath Workshop 2. It was fascinating to learn about the different types of materials that can be used and to see some of Elizabeth's own (and Kathy Lyon's) creations .... beautiful colours and shapes .... so inspiring!



15.01.2022 1 15 Pinocchio OP Miniflora A Wallis This is the 1st rose that I successfully grew from seed. Seed was given to me by Damian Brodie who has helped me and mentored me along my journey to becoming a rose breeder.

14.01.2022 Dusky Moon wins Best Australian Bred Rose in the National Rose Trial Garden of Australian 2020 Trials. The last rose to do this was My Yellow in 2019 and it went on to win the Australian Bred Rose of the Year. The winner of this award will be announced on Australia Day 2021.
