20.01.2022 Mount Compass for door change over x2. Client will paint. The steps outside were a twisted ankle waiting to happen kinda steps. The hand rail complete with termite damage. Removed and built 1200mm wide treated timber steps with hand rail.... Happy client now feels safer to walk up an down no issues. Other job was to fit picture rail in lounge.

20.01.2022 Take care, stay safe, we will climb the mountain again. Meanwhile Budet maintenance will be closed for 6 days. Any jobs in the schedule will be rebooked.

Ceiling repaired and painted along with other jobs, install new security gate locks, silicon leaking box gutter,... Patch and paint ext windows in Somerton Park. This evening swaped over glass door rollers and robe door rollers, no photo but the clients are happy to be able to have door open again.
