24.01.2022 Hi everyone! Just a quick post to let you know I will be on 2 weeks leave as of this arvo. I will be completely off the grid next week and will reply to messages from Monday 13th September. Talk soon

24.01.2022 Teddy Teddy is such a gem to groom and I think this style reflects her cheeky personality perfectly! Still rocking the nakey leg from having her teefs cleaned but at least the bad breath is gone

22.01.2022 COVID-19 Update Unfortunately the salon will be remaining closed until further notice. Although it seems we have flattened the curve, I don’t feel it is time to get comfortable or become complacent. I will update everyone again in a couple of weeks in regards to reopening. ... In the mean time, stay safe and look out for one another. We’re all in this together! Karyn & Bud

21.01.2022 JULY IS STERILISATION MONTH! Please give Forrestfield Vet Hospital a call on 9453 1290 if your dog or cat needs to be speyed or neutered and speak to one of their friendly nurses about this great offer! #NationalDesexingMonth #Catsanddogs #Desexyourpets #Bearesponsiblepetowner

20.01.2022 Dear Valued Clients, Bud’s Cuts will be implementing a price adjustment effective 1st of August 2020. I strive to provide my customers and their beloved furry friends with the best service possible and unfortunately this is not something I can continue to do at the current prices. The new pricing structure will reflect the industry standards, as well as the high quality of services provided. It will not be negotiable and will be fair across the board. ... I understand some may not be happy with the new pricing but after 2 years of business and a lot of research, it has become apparent I am undercharging for my services. I will update my services tab tomorrow however if you have any questions regarding the new prices please don’t hesitate to ask. Thank you to everyone for your ongoing support and I look forward to grooming your beautiful pooches for many years to come Karyn

15.01.2022 PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG! The last thing I want when I’m enjoying a nice arvo gardening is to put my fingers through a pile of dog I understand that when you gotta go, you gotta go but be responsible and clean up your dog’s mess. If you need a bag, just ask me. After all, you wouldn’t use someone’s toilet and not flush, would you?

15.01.2022 Hi everyone, After nearly two years of business, I have reached my full capacity and will be closing my books to new clients. Unfortunately, as well as new clients, this will also include those who don’t have appointments pre-booked. While I know this may disappoint some, I simply do not have the availability to make any more new bookings this year. I have posted below a list of wonderful groomers in the area who I will be referring clients on to. These are all ladies I know ...and can trust will look after you and your pooches as much as I would If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. I will get back to you as soon as possible. 13.01.2022 SILVER A very rare pic of sweet little Silver, who is usually a little camera shy I’ve been low bandanas the last couple of weeks and Spotlight has been line-out-the-door busy on the weekends I managed to get some this weekend and will have them all cut up and ready for this weeks grooms!

11.01.2022 Although grooming isn’t easy and can be stressful at times, I love using it as an outlet to express my creativity. While I’ve been on hiatus, I decided to dig out my sewing machine and see what little projects came to mind. Well, of course dog accessories was top of the list but I’ve also got a bunch of neat little ideas tucked away for another time. So this is what I’ve created recently - foldable travel mats and treat pouches (also great for poo bags, keys, cars etc). I’v...e only made a limited number of each item but I will add them to the Shop tab in case anyone is interested in more details Can’t wait to see you all soon! Karyn

06.01.2022 Dropped off a donation of toys and bedding to GOSAC - Give Our Strays A Chance the other day. Dean does some amazing work for the Perth rescue community, arranging to collect and drop off donations, holding fundraisers and community days. All this while completing year 12. Talk about committed!! If you would like make a donation yourself, contact Dean via the GOSAC page or you can drop the donations in his crate outside Coles at Forrest Lakes Shopping Centre. 01.01.2022 SALON REOPENING **Please read the whole post. I know it’s a long one but it is important information** Bud’s Cuts will be reopening as of Thursday 30th April ... I have tried to reschedule everyone’s appointments in a timely manner however I am only one person so there may be a wait. I will start sending everyone’s appointments through tomorrow via my personal number as well as through my booking system. I have tried to keep everyone as close to their preferred day/time as possible however it might vary over the next month or so as I catch up on appointments. If you have taken your furries elsewhere while I was away, please let me know so we can adjust your appointment to line up with your regular schedule. If you are happy with the service you received with another groomer and would prefer to continue going there, that is absolutely fine but please let me know. There will be no hard feelings. I work WITH other groomers in the community, not against. We’re not competitors as we’re all individual While I am very excited to be back at work there will a few changes to policies and operations: - As well as Sunday and Monday, I will no longer be working Thursdays (ex. 30th April) and I will only be grooming 3-4 dogs per day. This is due to personal reasons which I would prefer not to discuss. I hope everyone understands. - I am hoping to have card payments available soon but in the mean time, bank transfer would be preferred. This must be done before you leave with your dog. - If you are sick AT ALL, are caring for someone who is sick or have recently traveled please reschedule your appointment. Cancellation fees will be waived under these circumstances however if you don’t let me know and miss your appointment, a no show fee will still be charged. - Social distancing rules still apply. You may come to the door if you wish however please ring the doorbell and stand back from the door so you can hand over your pooches lead. If you would prefer to stay in the car and text me that’s fine also. - Please make sure your dog is on a lead when you arrive to drop off. If you don’t have a lead, send me a text and I’ll bring one out. If anyone has any questions please do not hesitate to ask. I will try and get back to everyone as soon as possible. Hope you are all staying safe and well. I can’t wait to see everyone soon and give all your furries a big smoosh Lots of love, Karyn & Bud
