24.01.2022 CONFESSION TIME Fear - Well today is my Graduation Day Ceremony - I decided to not go - WHY??? - because I’m afraid - afraid to try find the place by myself, afraid to have to walk up stairs and others see that I am disabled - afraid to fall, afraid for others to see I walk with a gate/limp, afraid to be in any kind of spotlight - afraid of the unknown. At 58 I doubt I will ever get to graduate again.... Fear is real, fear is scary - I get what it feels like. I will have a little drink tonight in the quiet of my home and raise my glass to all who helped me finish this journey and to the ones who completed this with me and to all those who’s lives I was blessed to be a small part of during my 6 years of studying. I am super proud I did this degree, that I persevered through some very rough times in my life, that I even had a knee replacement and still kept going - so although I have some fear about the actual ceremony and not going I still am proud of ME.

Just thought I would drop you all a line to say thank you for liking this page and a quick introduction to encourage any of you to follow your passion. I took on study at the age of 51years - I left school aged 15. During those years I became a mum to 6 wonderful children and devoted my time to doing the best I could for my children. Once the youngest started high school I knew I needed to do something or go crazy. With th...is challenge and health challenges I decided to start studying in the area of natural health - Naturopathy. I went through a whole lot of challenges with study and health but the day finally came when I could say that I am a qualified Naturopath. 13.01.2022 Following on from my sharing of my diagnosis of Lymphoma - Deodorant!!!! What do you use? Do you use one that smells nice? ... Do you perspire lots? Do you know that some major Lymph glands are under your arms? I do not use anything that is perfumed or not natural. In fact I use a crystal salt deodorant. Please read your labels and make sure it is deodorant and not an anti-perspirant, your Lymph system will thank you.
