25.01.2022 Also another thing for weightloss which is really important to..sleep...yes sleep...body needs sleep to loose weight,repair muscle and repair the brain....at least 8 hrs in a night. .i understand thats hard...trust me i know...but it is important to your weight loss journey. ...



18.01.2022 So this week its going to all be about weight loss and tips and help with planning to help u along to reaching your weightloss goal.. First step u need to set a goal ..how much to u want to lose. ..5,10 or even 20 kg...be realistic though. ..saying i want to get back to the weight i was at high school is not realistic. .but getting back to the weight i was before i had kids..or a couple of years ago is... If so the next step is diet...i know that u think of diet and think sma...ll portion. .starving to death etc... But thats not ture... All u have to do.is be smart about your choices. .. My diet is a bit different because im not loseing weight...i have other goals..but my food is kind of the same.. I.always.start with oats and bannanas...this keeps me full till my first tea break. .i.usually have greek Youghat and apple... Now for lunch..what i do is when im cooking tea..i cook veg..i cook more so i can put it in the fridge and take it to work and heat it up...i always have broccoli and beans..with tuna...if I dont have time. .minestrone soup is fabulous. ..the campbells one is good for one the go ..afternoon snack is fruit... Now tea...tea always have veg...when i was lossing weight i found that steamed chicken with sweet potato beans and broccoli worked for me and kept me.full so I wouldn't have desert. ..so there u have it..just some suggestions. .but give it a go. .. And also...drink heaps of water thoughout the day...i fill up my drink bottle at least three times though the day...and helps with the digestive and weight... If anyone has any questions dont be afraid to comment below..

11.01.2022 Id like to talk about eating out...i kmow how hard it can be when eating out and trying to loose weight. ..have no idea what to eat right???. When looseing weight u think that you will nevereat out agan because there is nothing heathly..now days u can change things about the meal u order... Well here is some tips that i found help me but still eat out and have fun.. When having lunch i always go for a salad..no creamy dressing if u can get away with it..u can have chicken ..a...sked how it is cooked. .grilled or steamed...and say no chips. .ask for.a bowl of green veg or salad... For.tea..well its pretty much the same...when i go out.for tea..i always order grilled chicken..with green veg...amd i do asked if there is any sweet potato instead of potato. ..if not..i.dont eat the potato. .. Dessert i always have the fruit...myself i do.try to stay away from cake etc..i love choc. .but i have now moved ok onto dark choc if i want choc ... I also think about what im going to order abd always see if there is a veg option..like veg lasagna etc... With pasta if that is your only option have a tomato based..not a creamy sauce... If u get offered a bread roll and u just have to have it....have a wholegrain bread roll. .so much better... Thats a few things i do so i can still eat out and keep loosing weight...
