24.01.2022 From the archive. Old wool-classing table, rescued from shearing shed by client and restored and glass-topped by Buffalo River Joinery.

20.01.2022 Just six months ago we were hoping and praying Buffalo River Joinery would survive. Fires were just over the next hill when the rain came.

18.01.2022 While posting some of the 'grander' designs, we just love smaller cabinetmaking and carpentry projects, such as small decks, built-ins and pergolas. This rustic tool shed was built with recycled products

18.01.2022 Hardwood farm gates and sign, Werai, NSW.

13.01.2022 Section of farm gate worked into mount below dining table.

12.01.2022 This red stringybark (Eucalyptus macrorhyncha) grew and was storm-felled on the property of friends Bob and Helen of Bush Track Wines. It arrived at Buffalo Rivery Joinery in rough-sawn planks, and was crafted by Richard into countertop and tabletops for the Billy Button Wines/Bush Track Wines (Myrtleford) cellar door. (Much of the timber features what is known as a 'fiddleback' grain.) A beautiful use of reclaimed local timber.

12.01.2022 New rustic hardwood doors for our mate Ross.

11.01.2022 Another from the archive. Rough slab supplied by client and formed into a table, with recycled timber legs.

06.01.2022 Some new photos thanks to Peter at the Billy Button cellar door - This red stringybark (Eucalyptus macrorhyncha) grew and was storm-felled on the property of friends Bob and Helen of Bush Track Wines and was crafted by Richard into countertop and tabletops for the Billy Button Wines/Bush Track Wines (Myrtleford) cellar door. (Much of the timber features what is known as a 'fiddleback' grain.)

01.01.2022 Last from the archive. BRJ's biggest project ever. BRJ's last owner build before moving to NE Vic (into much simpler digs). All building everything except stonework - including floors, framing, making windows, all fit out.
