08.01.2022 Here's a photo of the amazing Matagarup bridge that spans across the Swan river. The bridge allows for easy pedestrian access to the Optus stadium which is very convenient. The bridge commenced building in November of 2015 and was eventually opened to the public on the 14th of July 2018. The bridges name originates from the Nyungar name of the surrounding area meaning "A place where the river is only leg deep, allowing it to be crossed". The bridge shape resembles two flying ...swans, but it can also be seen as a swimming dolphin or a ribbon. There is also around 3000 ft of multicolored LED lighting covering the bridge that can be seen at night time and is a very beautiful sight to behold. Lastly while the bridge was being constructed they incorporated the infrastructure required to install a possible Zip-line and ability to climb the bridge to its highest point being about 60 meters above the Swan river. So for all you thrill seekers out there looking for something fun and exciting to do, look of for this in the coming months. See more

04.01.2022 Today we had a great visit by three students and their teacher from the Yule Brook College located in maddington. We talked about what is it like to work in the industry and also got asked some questions about how the business was started and what the motivation was. We had a very productive and informative discussion and it was very nice too see the youth being interested in this type of work.
