25.01.2022 We have been having a lot of fun making cocktails Our range now features four easy to drink cocktails that are ready for you to shake or stir then enjoy at home or on a picnic We take all the effort out, all you need is ice ... Launched last month was the Negroni, which is crafted on our award winning Clair De Lune gin, our own aged dry vermouth and Campari. (500ml | 28% Alcohol) In collaboration with @schibellocoffee we have the Espresso Martini, which has a unique twist of using both Clair De Lune Gin, and our Revenant Spirit which is based on Australian Native Wattle Seed. The Revenant on its own has a subtle chocolate undertone from the native wattle seed. (500ml | 18% Alcohol) The Dry Martini is made on our Clair De Lune Gin and aged dry vermouth. Simple and smooth, serve stirred on ice and strained into a martini glass - not shaken. (500ml | 38% Alcohol) Last but not least our Old Fashioned, not many people know what one is, but trust us, if we didn't think it was really tasty and easy to drink, we would not have made it part of our bottled cocktail range. The Old Fashioned is made on our Revenant, bitters and a dash of sugar to sweeten. (500ml | 34% Alcohol) delicious!
