Week ending 17/5/20, Although Perth as a whole had a slight decrease in total sales, (houses, units and land) the number of apartments sold have shown a 61% increase this week over the previous 7 days. Its also really encouraging to see the total sales in Perth are almost double the volume recorded for the corresponding period 4 weeks ago. Although it may be too soon to know for certain, it would appear things are on the up again.
