I graduated as an Exercise Physiologist in 2017 and continued studying to complete my Honours Degree in 2018 (Focusing on Hydrotherapy, Arthritis and Falls Risk). I’m always referred to as a workaholic at age 23 but always love a new exciting challenge. Hydrotherapy is a scientifically proven method of controlling chronic pain. If the TCH pool is closed there will be inadequate facilities in Canberra's south to meet the needs of the current pool user community let alone anyone else who might need it in the future. There are simply not enough hydrotherapy pools in Canberra as it is now to meet the community's demand. Please sign the attached e-petition so we can show just how important it is!

Did you know that in Australia approximately 270 babies are born each year with Down Syndrome. ... Why not help raise awareness for such a great cause!! I’m a new grad, ESSA accredited exercise physiologist and exercise scientist, and just finished my degree at the University of Canberra at the end of 2018 . With a sporting history in competitive swimming and dancing, I have a passion for health, fitness and the incredible benefits exercise can have on our wellbeing. If you don’t see me at Arthritis ACT, you’ll probably find me somewhere sipping tea, doing yoga or sweating at the gym .
